We want you to love your Pesvebi purchase. Each item is handmade with care, but if for any reason you're not satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

 




Returns Eligibility

 

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In its original condition and packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or promotional codes

  • Products that show signs of wear or use

 


 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your product and place a new order separately.

 


 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at bakhutashvilinino32@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

 


 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at bakhutashvilinino32@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address we provide.

  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.
