Processing Time

All our products are handmade. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and packaging your order before it ships.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing may take up to 10-14 business days. We’ll notify you by email if any delay occurs.

We offer free shipping in Georgia on orders over 300 USD ($).

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
